Shijiazhuang Industrial and Commercial Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Hebei Provincial Government and recorded by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the college is Hebei Journal College founded by the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League in October 1983, renamed Hebei Youth College in June 1995 and transformed into Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Commerce and Industry in May 2003. Since its establishment, the college has trained more than 100,000 professionals of all kinds for the country, who have contributed their wisdom and strength to the construction and development of the country in their respective positions, keeping in mind the mission and striving hard.

 

The college is located in the southwest of Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital, on the bank of Minxin River in the high education area, covering an area of 490,000 square meters, with a building area of 151,000 square meters and more than 10,000 students.
