Ningbo XX Company Fishing Vessel Operation
Ningbo XX Company is a professional satellite network operator, doing fee operation after installing wireless equipment for sea vessels, cruise ships, ferries and cargo ships.
At present, tens of thousands of fishing boats and cargo ships have been accessed.
NatShell cooperates with XX company to provide XX company with authentication billing and authentication gateway solution.
Requirements.
1、Considering the installation and maintenance environment of ships, AP devices should be able to do plug-and-play, work without complicated settings, and be easy to maintain and replace.
2、Considering the high latency of the satellite link, the speed of pop-up PORTAL and user authentication needs to be guaranteed by design.
3、Because of the large number of ships, it is needed to realize that the users and PORTAL of multiple ships can be centrally managed and centrally set, without the need of setting per ship.
4、Need to consider diversified payment needs of users in the design: WeChat method, Alipay method, selling user card method, linkage with management system and other methods.
5, need to consider remote maintenance, to ensure that it can be connected to the sea vessel for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
6, due to the expensive satellite bandwidth, must ensure that users accurate traffic billing, can not waste traffic.
7、It is necessary to consider late content distribution and realize functions such as local video playback on ships.
Design requirements
The technical solution should meet the following design requirements.
1、AP based on satellite link can quickly establish communication connection with cloud AC equipment and carry out service, considering the installation and maintenance environment of the ship, AP equipment should be able to do plug-and-play and work without complicated setting, convenient for maintenance and replacement.
2、Considering the high latency of satellite link, the speed of pop-up PORTAL and user authentication needs to be guaranteed by design.
3、Because of the large number of ships, it is needed to realize that the users and PORTAL of multiple ships can be centrally managed and centrally set, without the need of setting per ship.
4、Need to consider the diversified payment needs of users in the design: net banking method, Alipay method, selling user card method, APP payment method, linkage with management system and other methods.
5. the need to consider remote maintenance, to ensure that it can connect to the vessel for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
6、Since satellite bandwidth is expensive, it is necessary to ensure accurate flow billing for users and not to waste traffic.
7、It is necessary to consider late content distribution and realize functions such as local video playback on ships.
8、Different sea areas may use different satellite broadband access providers, and need to consider the problem of multi-line access, as well as the problem of network switching and billing after cross-satellite.
Program topology
Program description
Multi-link access using Blue Ocean's superior flow control equipment.
AC is deployed in the cloud, which can be directly managed to wireless APs and can be directly managed across the Internet and NAT.
Billing is deployed in the cloud, through linkage with cloud AC, to achieve accurate traffic billing.
Real-name authentication, Internet access and user self-service are realized by means of user authentication through APP, WeChat and self-registration.
All Internet access authentication and bill payment can be simplified to within three steps, eliminating the cumbersome user registration process.
Cloud AC directly manages APs to each ship, regardless of whether the AP is cross-Internet and NAT.
APs are fat and thin, supporting routing and NAT modes.
PORTAL is centrally distributed to end devices, and users access the Internet to achieve PORTAL second pop-up.
Docking billing, through the traffic quota down to the end device, to achieve unified and accurate billing, without causing traffic loss.
Restrict users' Internet access behavior through flow control gateways to avoid users from over-occupying bandwidth and enhance the Internet experience.
